Hi, I’m Francesca – the face behind “Fresh Skin by Francesca”. Originally a Jersey girl who decided to take a leap, change my life, and move to Baltimore to open my own business. With my sister already living here, the transition felt a little less daunting, and so far, it’s been an exciting and rewarding journey. I’m so happy to bring my passion for skin, aesthetics and self-care to this city and to create a space where beauty, science, and confidence come together. I’ve been in love with skincare and the aesthetics industry for as long as I can remember—it truly feels like it's been a part of me since birth! I graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and began my career in social media marketing, where I had the opportunity to manage content for several med spa accounts. It was through that work that I discovered the world of aesthetics and, more importantly, what an esthetician truly does. From that moment on, I knew I had found my purpose. After graduating from esthetics school, I began my hands-on career in a medical spa setting, gaining valuable experience and deepening my passion for clinical skincare. Eventually, I decided to take a leap of faith and build something of my own—Fresh Skin by Francesca—a space where beauty, science, and self-care come together. What I love most about my work is connecting with people. Helping someone feel confident and comfortable in their skin, especially in such a vulnerable and personal space, is a responsibility I take very seriously. I eat, breathe, and live skincare, and my goal is to help every client relax, tune out the noise of everyday life, and leave feeling like the most radiant, confident version of themselves.
